We repair cars, vans and commercial vehicles for UK motor insurers and for private customers, working to BS10125 with zero non-conformances in 2024, 2025 and 2026. We are Hyundai manufacturer approved, we have a structural aluminium bay, and collection and delivery is free within 40 miles.
Structural aluminium repair in Lytham St Annes. A dedicated bay, fully operational since July 2026, kept separate from steel repair and within our audited BS10125 scope.
More modern cars use aluminium in the body structure, often alongside steel in the same shell. Aluminium has to be repaired to the manufacturer's method with its own tools and a clean working area, because contact with steel can lead to corrosion. Our dedicated aluminium bay keeps the two apart, and the work sits within our audited BS10125 scope.
BS10125 is the British Standard for accident repair. We have passed audit with zero non-conformances in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and structural aluminium is within our 2026 scope.
Every vehicle goes through the same sequence: damage appraisal, structural assessment, parts ordering (OEM where required), repair, refinish, alignment, ADAS calibration, quality check, valet, handover.
A purpose-built 2024 facility with a dedicated structural aluminium bay kept separate from steel repair, and ADAS calibration done in house.
