What We Do

Safe on high voltage, right on the repair.

Electric and hybrid cars carry high-voltage battery systems, so the repair starts with safety. The system is isolated and checked by a qualified technician before any panel comes off. The repair then follows the manufacturer's method and our BS10125 process, the same one every car here goes through.

High-Voltage Safety
The high-voltage system is isolated and verified before work starts, and stays safe until the repair is signed off.
Battery Checks
Battery packs and high-voltage cabling are inspected for damage as part of the repair assessment.
ADAS Calibration
Cameras and radar are recalibrated in house after the repair, not sent to a third party.
Structural Aluminium
Many electric cars use aluminium in the body structure. Our separate aluminium bay repairs it within our BS10125 scope.
Paint & Refinish
Computerised colour matching and full refinishing in our spray booths.
Hybrid Vehicles
Petrol and diesel hybrids get the same high-voltage safety steps as fully electric cars.
Insurance Claims
We work with your insurer, or with the other driver's insurer if the accident was not your fault.
The Stanways Process

BS10125. Zero shortcuts.

BS10125 is the British Standard for accident repair. We have passed audit with zero non-conformances in 2024, 2025 and 2026, and structural aluminium is within our 2026 scope.

Every vehicle goes through the same sequence: damage appraisal, structural assessment, parts ordering (OEM where required), repair, refinish, alignment, ADAS calibration, quality check, valet, handover.

Why it matters: BS10125 means your repair is documented, your parts are traceable, and your vehicle's safety systems are restored to the standard the manufacturer intended. If you ever need to show the quality of a previous repair, for example when selling, insuring or making a warranty claim, you have it in writing.
Our Equipment

Built for the modern car.

A purpose-built 2024 facility with a dedicated structural aluminium bay kept separate from steel repair, and ADAS calibration done in house.

Twin Rowley spray booths
Full down-draught, gas bake. Two booths, so work does not queue behind a single drying cycle.
Hunter WA450 wheel alignment
Four-wheel alignment with a full printed report on every job.
ADAS calibration rig
Front camera, radar and lane-assist recalibration done on site, not subcontracted.
EV-safe workshop
High-voltage isolation procedures and IMI Level 4 EV qualification in house.
Computerised colour matching
Spectrophotometer reads your vehicle’s exact shade. No “near enough” paint matches.
Frame straightening jig
For chassis and structural repairs back to manufacturer tolerance.
Structural aluminium bay
A dedicated, separated bay for structural aluminium repair, within our audited BS10125 scope. Aluminium and steel never share tools or space.
